1. Cancellation Policy

• Service Bookings: Customers can cancel their scheduled roofing service up to 48 hours before the appointment without any cancellation fee.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost.
• Emergency Cancellations: If an unexpected event occurs, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Customers can reschedule their appointment free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• If rescheduling is requested less than 48 hours before the appointment, it may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Refund Policy

• Deposits & Payments: Any deposits made to secure a roofing service are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Top Roofers.
• Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work: If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the issue and determine whether a repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate.
• No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a roofing service has been completed, refunds will not be issued. However, we stand by our work and will address any concerns under our warranty policy.

4. Exceptions

• If Top Roofers cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, material shortages), customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
